ELABORACIÓN

Seleccionamos las cepas de más de 35 años de edad de Garnacha, que se cultivan de forma tradicional y se vendimian manualmente ligeramente sobremaduradas. El mosto se macera con la propia piel durante 15 días y fermenta en tinas de acero inoxidable con temperatura controlada a 24ºC. Después de la fermentación maloláctica, iniciamos la crianza en barricas de roble americano, y posteriormente se trasiega a barricas de roble francés. El vino continúa su envejecimiento en botella hasta conseguir su bouquet característico.

NOTAS DE CATA

Este vino varietal de intenso color cereza y persistente capa, nos ofrece un elegante aroma de frutos rojos muy concentrados. Maduro, con finos matices de roble y notas minerales. En boca es carnoso, concentrado, goloso y potente, con un buen equilibrio y una excelente expresión varietal.

RECOMENDACIONES

Recomendamos decantar una hora antes de servir, y tomar entre 14 y 16º C. Ideal para acompañar carnes rojas, caza, estofados, asados y quesos curados.
