ELABORACIÓN
Seleccionamos las viejas cepas de Garnacha, Cariñena y Syrah, de baja producción y cultivo tradicional, que se vendimian manualmente en el punto óptimo de maduración. Se macera cada variedad por separado con la propia piel durante 12 días. Cada variedad fermenta también por separado en tinas de acero inoxidable con temperatura controlada a 24ºC. Después de la fermentación maloláctica, iniciamos la crianza en barricas. La Garnacha y la Syrah envejecen en roble francés, y la Cariñena en roble americano. El vino continúa su crianza en botella durante un mínimo de 6 meses, hasta suavizar sus taninos y obtener su buquet característico.
NOTAS DE CATA
Tinto de intenso color rojo cereza y aroma a frutos silvestres, matices de roble y notas minerales. La entrada en boca es muy agradable, goloso y potente.
RECOMENDACIONES
Recomendamos decantar y servir entre 16 y 18º C. Tomar acompañando carnes rojas, asados y quesos.
